Timetable Creator reads timetables you upload and combines them into one timetable and calendar feed. Reading documents automatically can make mistakes. Always check your timetable against the official version from your university. We aren’t responsible for missed sessions.
The placement hours tracker is a personal record to help you keep count. It isn’t an official record of your practice or teaching hours and doesn’t replace your practice assessment document or your university’s records.
Each account can make one free preview. It reads a limited number of files and shows the first week of your timetable. The rest of the timetable, editing, calendar sync and the PDF are available once you pay. We may pause free previews at busy times.
A pass gives you 12 months of access from the day you buy it: every timetable you make, calendar sync, PDFs and the placement hours tracker. It does not renew automatically. Buying another pass while one is running adds 12 months to the end of it.
When a pass ends, your timetables, calendar links and hours stay available to view, but making changes, adding timetables and logging shifts need a new pass. Timetables bought one at a time before passes were introduced stay fully unlocked.
We show prices in your local currency where we can, based on your approximate location, and charge in that currency. Prices include VAT where applicable.
You normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. By asking for access to start immediately, you agree that you lose this right once access begins. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights if the service is faulty.
Keep your password and private calendar link safe. Don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use.
